What school are your kids attending? That would guide where you live to some extent. You should work on paying RM2500 per month. There are condos in Bukit Jalil and perhaps buses to schools. But you may want to live in a more international enviroment. It depends what you want and if you are Pakistani or American.

hi
Thanks for your reply, actually one is in APU and 2nd is  studying in IGCSE grade 11. i am looking for an IGCSE school which should be near to APU so we may rent an apartment. We have to travel by end of December so i am looking for apartment and school both together.

and Alice Smith in Seri Kembangan.

None are convenient really for APU which is in Bukit Jalil, but there might be buses from BJ to the schools which would enable you to live there. http://www.iproperty.com.my/rental/ to check out what's available.
