Guys I  live in Berlin  since 6 months
I have  found  a  job, but  now I am  with  HartzV
I am  with  hartz v since  I  have  found  that  job cause  it  was  a  teil zeit  job
My  Amt said to me  that if  I dont  find a job   for January  I  have to move on
Is  it true ? Even if  I  am   a french?

It should be clear to anybody that you cannot just move to another country and there live off social security handouts forever. What have you contributed to the society to deserve this?

I made the kitchen porter  for  trhee  months  then  they decided to dismiss me  because  there  was  no  more  work .
Anyway...what is the law?

no_clue

The law says that you have to leave the country three month after your arrival if you can not support yourself financially.  Count yourself lucky that you received Hartz V!. You must have had a nice case worker...
These laws were confirmed by the European court this autumn.
EU citizens who have worked for a longer period and paid into the system long enough can claim benefits.
