Change of Sponsorship

Dear all,

My company in Red and their CR and Municipal license is expired also my Iqama is expired about one and half month now.

my sponsor don't want give me release letter or my passport or my expired Iqama.

I want to change my sponsorship to the new company they are ready to take me but it is too confuse me and them about the procedure in Saudi.

please explain that it is possible to change sponsorship without current sponsors consent, if yes, what are the procedure and requirements?.
