Has anyone used Shop and ship service to ship goodies from US or UK to Riyadh or anywhere in KSA? I feel it's a bit expensive. Are there any other alternatives?

Depends on the items you ship. If you ship a car you pay aramex big amount. If you ship 1 kg of tea maybe you pay only 40 sar.
