philippine travel document for babies

i am a father of 3 babies ages 3 and twins 2...due to a very busy schedule and very inconsiderate supervisors,i wasn't able to process passports and iqamas for my babies..i have been asking from my company to give me some ample time to process papers but they always give me false promises..my wife is also working..we will finish our contracts this year so we are now processing the papers..i wud like to ask if how much do you think is the penalty for the late registration of birth of 3 babies and the penalty for iqama also..we have all the requirements( temporary birth certificates,etc) at hand..advises/answers will be very much appreciated..thanks!

It shouldn't cost you more than 100 SAR? per year?

tnx Popolocroix for the reply..so for ahwal madani papers the ones that are colored green and considered permanent birth copies penalty will only be 100 per year?..i have read online that it would could cost around 1thousand SR per year that is why i am pretty much worried since i have 3 babies ages 3 yrs and twins 2 years so that would be like 7 thou sr!..if it's only 700sr then i wont have to worry too much..from where did u get this info if u dont mind me asking?
