Parents network in Mandalay

Hello, I will move to Mandalay with my family in March and I wanted to know if there is any school or kindergarden for my daughter 3 years old in Mandalay. Any parenting network in Mandalay?

If you are in Mandalay, I can help you as soon as I can. And, there is international school for your daughter.
house rental price is cheap and is nanny and maid for you. You will be happy at the Mandalay.
