Hello, I am Dicho, currently developing a startup business that provide personal storage services.
Now I am working on the idea validation which means that I have to know the demand or market size of the business and the feature that I can provide into.

I would imagine that potential investors would like more information about the scheme so perhaps you need to give more information so that people can make an informed decision about investing.

It asks for an email address.
Why would a survey form need that unless you're going to spam people?

It has a purpose to get early users. It will only be used to inform if the service is ready, only one email will be sent.

All of startup business use this way in their early landing page. It is like "subscribe" in a mailist system.

Then, it is optional. It is my mistake to not make clear notes about it.
