How to aquire a GCC driving license in Oman??

Hi

I got a job offer in Oman and will recently travel there, so thus I would like to know that how to get a driving license there in Oman, how much does it cost and how long it takes to acquire that.
Also minimum price range of vehicles available there for purchase????
