Degree Certificate attestation & Offer letter attestation from MOFA

Hi,

I want to know the procedure for attestation of degree certificates from Saudi Embassy in India. It is for my wife who is already in Saudi Arabia under my dependant visa.
When I check with an agency, they told me we need an offer letter which is attested by Chamber and MOFA.
I already get the offer letter and chamber attestation, when I went to mofa, they told me my wife is under my sponcership, so that they are asking me to submit a letter named Iqrar Tanazul which should be attested by Jawazat.
Kindly advice me what is that letter (Iqrar Tanazul) and if I get it from jawazat it will affect her sponsorship? Or there is any other procedure for attestation?

did you manage to do it? even i have the same situation.. but until now i did not visit mofa.. are you sure they will ask for that so and so letter?

getting mofa from dammam or riyadh or jeddah is same? any difference in that?
