My husband's company was closed and it left us with a 3month unpaid rent for the lot, the lessor wants us to pay these 3months unpaid rent. Is it possible that the lessor will come after us and sue us in court if we will not pay?

Yes; but there has to be first a demand letter; if you have deposits these will cover the unpaid rents! Just settle amicably by paying in installments; lessors do not also want law suit;

Thanks mam cynthia, but who will suffer to pay if the company was already closed. It was only represented by my husband bec its a corporation.
