Room wanted in shared flat - long term

Hello! I just moved to Quito and I'm looking for a furnished room to rent in a flat/house for about a year. I'm a 25 y-o female professional, looking to live with other 20-30 somethings (male or female).

I'm working near Parque La Carolina, so it'd be nice to be near there, but I'm also interested in La Floresta, and potentially other areas if I find something I like. I'm looking for a private room, but shared common spaces, and I hope to become friends with my roommates. I'm outgoing and pretty laid back, but also clean and respectful. Non-smoker and prefer to live in a non-smoking apartment (at least indoors). I'm okay with pets, especially dogs!

I want to pay max $250-300.

You're offering to pay too much. You could pick up a 1bd or studio for that price and not have to share.

Yes, but I would prefer to have roommates, actually. If I could find a place for cheaper that would be fantastic, but I haven't seen any so far. If you know of anything, I'd appreciate any leads!
