Hello

A singapore company recruited me , released the offer letter and employment pass.Just before 2 days of my fly, they told me that the project is dropped and we can not hire you.But already as per their instruction, I have resigned from my current job and now jobless at this moment. They have withdrawn my employment pass. Can anybody tell me can I hope anything positive from this employer? or is there any way to take action against them as they violated the employment contract?

thank you

You can sue them and, if they really violated the employment contract, you may get some money for the damages you incurred due to their actions.
You should consult a Singapore lawyer to discuss how to do this!
