Hey guys,

I found an apartment on the web where it says it has these features:

Lift Terrace Luxury Finish New Building Inland with Views ADSL Cooker Electricity Fans Heating Microwave Phone Water

Does this mean internet, water and electricty is all included in the rent?

it would suggest so but your best bet is to ring and ask

I would read it as these are the flat's amenities. It doesn't say they're included in the rent. As robpw2, I suggest there is one way to be sure.

Alright, thanks. I'm no in Malta yet, but moving soon although I noticed the apartment is not available until 1st of May. Anyway, thanks for the help.

I doubt it VERY much unless it's a holiday let.
But why not ask the landlord? How woud we know?

never ever assume anything ask the awkward questions - never ever assume that the agent and landlord are truthful trusting persons.. that state needs to be proved to you.. be aware and be wary always.... protect yourself
