Hi everyone,
I have been living in Bulgaria for over two years now. I am a vegan and I was thinking of the possibility to open a vegan bakery with gluten free options in the country as cooking is my passion 
I need to do some market research on the topic so I would be really grateful if you could fill this small survey. Of course it is anonymous and it won't take you more than 1 minute. Thank you very much for your help!
