After resigning, can i come back to oman for another job?

Hi to all I need your advice for my situation. I want to file a resignation in my present job because my employer are not following our agreement, such as per contract salary, time of duty and he have bad attitude.
I have 2 years contract now I'm in my first year.
Can I come back again in Oman to find a job? Even now I'm not finish my contract? How many months can I come again in Oman ?

Once exited from Oman, you cannot re-enter the country for 2 years if you don;t have an NOC from your employer.
You can resign from your current job but from your post, it seems like your employer will never give the NOC.

NOC ... Employment Contract ... Employment Visa ... Labour Clearance ... are all very different things.
