Requirement for faculty position in KSA

Hello Everyone! Can someone plz tell me if universities in Riyadh entertain only PhDs as faculty members? I am an M.B.A and I hv another masters in Business & Management from UK but unfortunately I'm unable to find any job here in riyadh.Kindly guide me what is the best time to apply at universities/companies if I want to work here.P.S I'm residing in riyadh under my husbands sponsorship.thanx.

Hi Razia i have also searched jobs but there are very few jobs for females but we can see that universities and colleges are filled with female teachers. so im planning to drop my cv at colleges by visiting those. i thinki u should also try that.

Hello Bushra! Yeah there are lots of females working at universities.I personally went to all universities in Riyadh ,went to HR department and dropped my CV.Last time,which is last month actually,when I went I was not even allowed to enter any university as per some new rule.I have emailed my CV to deans,Assit.Deans and HODs of universities along with the HR department but let's see.But yes you should go personally and try.All the best.

oh that is so bad. why are we not allowed to enter :'(
i dont think some one will consider cv by email when there are no job openings announced

I agree but You never know with these rules here.I wasn't allowed to enter Al Faisal univ and Dar Al Uloom but made my way to Al Yamamah and Princess Noura.

ok. I was also thinking to go to PNU. and to female science college of King saud university.
Actually i also have MBA degree so i was thinking that i should apply for that too
i have searched there are very few female pakistani lecturers here in saudia
