Could anyone please  help my daughter and her dog move from Surrey to Gozo, she has an old car and wants to drive down, but as a mother i am worried that her car wont make it and she will be going on her own.! Is there anyone who has a van or large car that can take them to Gozo?? If there is that special person could you let us know how much you would want for the job of getting my only daughter and puppy safely plus a few bits over to Gozo.
Could you contact my daughter Leeanne on ***

Many Thanks Jacqui

Hi ref your daughter going to Malta by car.

It's an easy drive if you have breakdown recovery. It will take a few days so expect to have to get bnb or hotel. With dog may be an issue if course.

I did it alone but set in the car drove to Lavorno in Italy very easy to get ferry just turn up book drive on. Two nights in ferry I opted for no cabin I'm a tight jock of course. But it was very comfortable cruise and if I recall around 180 euro which was about samen as petrol to drive to Malta via sIcily.

I may be driving down again in a couple of weeks or so if she wants to go at same time I will have a friend along also .

My kids are in Malta and I'm bringing gong an old car down as a run a round when I visit them.

All the best Ronnie .

Excuse me for being so suspicious but......................
Personally, I would be very, very wary of responding to this.
Why has the daughter not contacted and asked personally?
Only daughter and puppy? Tugs at the old heart strings doesn't it?
Very interesting language too.

IF she has a job and IF she has a rental out here then I would argue she should be easily capable to get herself here.
Why is someone asking on her behalf?
I suspect an ulterior motive and would not go anywhere near this.

This a is highly suspicious to me and very similar to adverts placed to engage others in moving drugs around.
There is also a second post similar to this one on here.
I apologise if I am wrong and it is genuine (we shall see) but I have a knowledge and criminal justice experience in these matters. Gozo has just been deprived of a lot of hard drugs after a police raid. No harm in being careful.
Also, they are the only two posts on that log in.

It indeed sounds too risky to me - thread closed, sorry
