Hello,

As a very experienced cook and after many years working for others, I would like to start my own business in GIb.
I would like to start my own little ´food truck´ and selling fresh prepared food on the streets.
Like hand made duck rolls, fresh sandwiches, salads and smoothies,..
In a price range from 3-6 pounds.,..

Do u think this trend will work in GIB?
What type of food/smoothies/drinks/...?
Enough locations to ´park´ and which ones would you recommand?
Would the government allow this by providing licenses ( I am not Gibraltarian, not even resident (yet) )

looking forward to your answers.

regards.

Do u think this trend will work in GIB? No, there are lots of fixed location selling at better prices

Enough locations to ´park´ and which ones would you recommand? Parking is a nightmare in Gibraltar
Would the government allow this by providing licenses ( I am not Gibraltarian, not even resident (yet) ) Very unlikely
