Dependent visa for a working spouse

Iam going to submit docs for my wife's dependent (long term) visa. She is currently working and on Maternity leave.

Is there any document that is required from her company for visa processing?

In application form for her they ask for employer details so got confused.

I can fill in her current employer details , correct? Also do I have to mention anything about her on leave or quitting in future in the covering letter?

Well her employment situation is not relevant for the embassy as she is coming as your dependant.h. If you want to mention it, you may,: In fact it's good to mention as its good have all true information in there.. they won't ask any supporting documents in my knowledge..
