what is time to depart after Final Exit

Dear members

can anyone inform how much time you get after final exit visa is stamped.
can employer influence to reduce the time.

as when someone is leaving he has to close all his issues here, like house rent, furniture, car, etc.

is any standard time to final exit or as per will of immigration office
