Long term stay in Grenada

I’m looking into a long term stay in Grenada. I’ve been to the island once before for a few weeks, and I think I’d like to spend a few months there over next winter. I’m hoping to stay in the Morne Rouge Beach/ St. Georges area.
Budget wise I’m pretty flexible (knowing that Grenada is relatively a pretty cheap island to visit). I’m hoping to stay in a small condo complex in order to keep costs down, and would love to have pool access.
If you can recommend some places I might be able to look in to further, I’d greatly appreciate it!
