here I'm and tired of eating outside food and gaining weight in tons. So now I'm looking for a cook (male/female). Required only to make one time meal dinner. PM me, if anyone would be intrested.

Or if someone can supply low calorie home made food, that will also do. I can pick it up from anywhere in Riyadh.
