Internet pay as you go

Post new topic

Are there any internet service providers that have a mifi type internet - pay as you go? I don't want a hard line type on internet. I would like to use it only when I'm in Puerto Rico. Service would be needed in Quebradilla 6-7 times a year for a week or 2.

Maybe they still have movilcash. You get this at the toll booth and I think it has a minimum of $5. It is not auto express and you would have to go through each pay toll. It is like a cash card.

I don't think there's dedicated pre paid intenet available. You could check Open Mobile ( openmobilepr.com ) to see if a pre paid cell phone plan with data would suit your needs.

I have used my AT&T telephone as a hot spot.
