Job for Instrumentation Engineer in Romania

Hi Friends,
I am an Instrumentation Engineer living in Mumbai,India.I came across a woman in Romania having 2 small kids whose husband left her with the kids.She is living in very poor condition & i want to help them.She asked me to get marry & settle down in Romania.Friends,i really want to help them & for that i need help on how to get a job there & is there any scope of my field(Instrumentation Engineer) in romania or not.
