you ll find a lot of things in carrefour (in the shopping center callled City Center) near the airport in Seeb, and in the same mall you have a big library called Borders.

There is AL-Fiker library in AL-Khwair near the ice skating center.

there are lots of laibaries in Muscat and i think carrfore is the best one for your purpose because most people know his location in Muscat.

i think boarders in seeb and al-qurm city center... also you may try the best liberary in al-khoudh called AL_BATRA which has lots of intresting things inside... it is opposite to al-fair in al-khoudh near my flat there
