Just Google search for it. I found it in about 10 seconds.
Well, as per the net , there is a consulate of Antigua in New Delhi. This information is infact incorrect, as I personally visited this address few days back. Precisely, that is why the query is for Indians who are in Antigua as to how did they manage the Visa.
