Looking for a printer that can manage and produce unique and secure scratchcards (like EthioTelecom) or pin envelopes (like a bank pin) - any recommendations? Thanks!

Hey,

I doubt if there is any printer in addis ababa with security printing facility as you mentioned you need scratch card and all.I would suggest to get in touch with the agents which can get this job don't outside Ethiopia and deliver you.
