hiya guys
em looking forward to come over to Riyadh to look for better job prospects. I am a experience MI & Finance guy, working as AVP in an International Bank.

Could you give me an idea, how do I start with my search? any good recruitment agents whom i contact and visit in person during my stay in riyadh so that they can arrange my interviews

besides is riyadh better for banking career or jeddah?
for a 20 day visit excluding air ticket how much riyals should i bring along with ma self

Generally not how it's done in the Kingdom. People look from outside, acquire and then do all the paperwork to make it a reality.

It is quite common, in recent times, for people to come over to KSA on various types of visas and then look for jobs. They are referred to as "free" visas for which the expat has to pay the sponsor for the cost of the visa and also a monthly stipend thereafter. In some cases they could get lucky and hit the right job and, maybe, even transfer the Iqama to the new employer. However, in general the exercise proves futile with money lost, as I have seen. Most such free visas are utilized by blue collar workers and rarely by professionals.

I didnt respond first because I dont know anything and because he says he is international banking then still asks how many riyals does he need for a 20day trip.
