The opportunity to be the road around the island of Bali is one activity which is very long  awaited by those who love to travel around the holidays abroad. However, note the security when you first visit a new place alone as comfortable wearing taxi tricks in a new place.

In the city of Denpasar is very easy to find a taxi operator. There is a Blue Bird taxi company, taxi Bali Silver taxi, the taxi company and the taxi Praja. Almost all taxi companies has been put on the meter, but from experience recorded, apparently using a taxi for the first time tourists to Bali is not the right choice unless you are familiar with the situation and condition of the island, especially the city of Denpasar.

A common problem often encountered is less convenient to the existence of a taxi in the city not only alone but the entire city of Denpasar - Indonesia's major cities and even abroad. As taxis already on the meter, but the meter does not go according to the rules, usually a taxi driver will ask the passenger, where are you going, then they will offer you wholesale price. If you agree, can deal please rise, if less suitable please look for other public transport. From this case it looks like the meter only as mere accessories only, will be used if there is a raid or in urgent situations metered (demand from the taxi company itself). However, choosing a taxi ride is safer and more comfortable for newcomers than having to scramble ride a public bus, minibus or motorcycle on the terminal prone to various acts of criminality. The following will be given trick comfortable wearing a cab in new places :

1). Use reliable. Nothing wrong with taking a taxi from companies that are less well known, however, if you are a stranger in a new place and alone, try to take the cab with a name that has been trusted security and professionalism, because the taxi drivers like this in accordance with the standards and understand how to interact with the polite or nice to the passengers especially foreign tourists. If the taxi driver looks like it will do or it is not in accordance with the rules of the company, you should be able to report it to the taxi company you ride, they generally have the customer care, as the repair material to the company to better service and always believable.

2). Record the number of doors. It is very important for you to note that the security in the use of taxi services is maintained. Always remember to record the number of cab door, especially if you are traveling alone, tell your family or close friends of the cab door number you are riding just in case. Record the number of doors also aims to facilitate the passengers to find stuff left in the trunk of a taxi that is by reporting it to the company associated with the cab door stating the number and identity of the driver at the time, the officers of the taxi company will easily locate and restore your stuff  left behind.

3). Do not fall asleep. Even if you feel very tired in a way and it is believed the taxi company that you were on, but try not to ever fall asleep during the ride in the cab. However taxis are common vehicle can not 100 percent true, you really believe especially in big cities like Denpasar. In addition, by staying awake, you can ensure that the route traversed path is correct and should ask the driver to put on a public road or pathway to avoid crime. Your right to reprimand the driver if it is felt there is less wrong but do it with a friendly and courteous.

4). Check the driver's identity card. Once you climb into the cab, make sure you see the driver's identification card, make sure the driver is the same person as the one on the ID card. Or it could not hurt you to ask questions directly about the identity of the taxi driver to ensure that he is indeed like the one on the card. As a passenger, you also must have the courage to warn the driver when he is drowsy driving too fast in a taxi so memorable is not in accordance with the rules and it can endanger your safety as a passenger.

5). Prepare the means of resistance. For other public transport service users must have something in your bag that is useful for a weapon in the fight against of the unknown persons including the taxi driver if it is felt there are clues to commit a crime upon you. Such as liquid filled syringe to disrupt the function of the eyes villain vision. Make sure your phone is on and record important phone numbers such as the number of close family, friends and the police station number.

As a user, taxis and other forms of transport, you must remain alert to the situation and condition of awkward around you. Do not get careless that will give space to the perpetrators of crimes in their action. Hopefully the above tips useful for your safety in the new place by renting or using public transport.
