Your post is like some cryptic puzzle ! 

But if I correctly understand what you are trying to say, you cannot have 2 valid visas in 1 passport.

In other words, you cannot get a KSA employment visa stamped in your passport if your Omani employment visa is still valid.

My valid oman employment visa will expayard on march 5th but that visa is not canseld.bcoz 2 month befor i was com back to india for an emergency.stil i fot a ofer letter for saudiarabia.if ther any problum for applying visa?

The only way you can find out if your sponsor's word is true or not is when they apply another visa in your name and passport number from another GCC country. Then they can see if there is a valid visa matching your name and passport number.
