Family visa stamp from non-origin country

Hi, Is it a must that a family should stamp their visa from country of citizenship ?

My family is holding Swedish passport , can I send their visas in Karachi embassy ? (they are also holding Pakistani nationalities ) -- But on their visa form Swedish is mentioned in citizenship column .

Or they have to fly to Sweden to get the visa stamped ?

Hi there

Have similar problem- have been employed in Saudi as teacher and iqama coming soon- my family however are of yemeni nationality and they are in Africa- is there anyway I can still be given the family visa because there is currently no embassies in Yemen and its a no fly zone

Please advise- much appreciated
