Hello, With all that has transpired I understand your skepticism. The proof will be the finished product. Have a nice day.

Ahhhhhh, I see.  They're "secret" photos.   ;)

Double secret photos, in Dean Warner's office.  Gee, why would anyone not want to give this person an email address.

Some construction underway in August 2019, but still doing site grading and construction of retaining walls, which is amazing after ten years. No evidence from the pictures of any electrical, water or other infrastructure.

I believe the dream that was envisioned by the partners of Las Olas was wonderful.  I think their downfall was the grand scale of the development.  Perhaps if they had trimmed it down to a manageable size, minus the golf course - which ate hundreds of thousands of dollars, it might have stood a chance.  But now a decade in, and still only grading and terracing and a smattering of constructed homes, does not bode well.  And absolutely no infrastructure to be seen. We were all waiting to see what the infusion of the big loan they managed to procure this year would bring. . . .

Indeed!  I think it would be prudent for Las Olas to provide recent photos on the infrastructure  for their development.  That is the crucial key to credibility.  Not a smattering of constructed homes.

How can you build houses .. with no proper infrastructure?
Will they be using generators? And trucked in tanks of water?

That govt money is going to run out faaaaast.

I'll be checking back in, in October to see how the moving plans are going  :unsure

Hello there - just checking in to see if you've moved in yet? How many people will be moving in at the end of October? I don't see any updates on this

With the protests, it is delayed I bet.  Until Christmas. Please send me cash and I will invest it for you in this wonderful project.
