Long Term Rental Prices in Birgu - Vittoriosa

I would like to know the average long-term rental prices for 1 bedroomed accomodation in Malta. My budget is Eur800 a month and I am a professional thinking of relocating to Malta. There are some beautiful natural stone heritage houses in Malta particularly in the Grand Harbour Area. Would you know the prices I should expect to pay in this area? I have found the beautiful house in Vittoriosa at Eur650 per month called Kwartier Suite. vittoriosa.wix.com/kwartiersuite Is it this price a good value? Thanks for your help.

Check out maltapark for the latest properties have a look at the various prices - I would say 800€ budget should get you something fairly decent
