I can not find it online.
Im looking for a man who ripped me of for lot of money.

After an exhaustive internet search I could not find any contact numbers. I suggest that you contact the Cameroon Embassy in Madrid for the contact details or you could also try contacting some of the bigger hotels in Douala and ask them if they have the phone number or email address.
