Brother to change the profession you will need here original degree attested by Saudi Culture and Saudi Embassy in Pakistan and should be a Registered member of Saudi Engineering Council.

Please avoid going to Saudi Arabia on technician visa if you are an engineer. There, most of the times, companies deny to change the iqama designation. In this case, you will face many problems, especially you will not get the family visa and some other benefits. If you will ask them now, this problem will be solved for you forever.

Dear sometimes its difficult for the company to arrange Engineer Visa so thats why they are offering other professions,so i prefer to come on Technician visa instead of arguing for Engineer visa,profession can be change do not worry.
