Help with healthcare in Bulgaria

Hello, my name is Danial and I live in the U.S., my wife and your parents are going to move to Bulgaria at the beginning of 2016 but have had a hard time finding healthcare that will cover us there. Can someone recommend a company? Is there something in Bulgaria that we sign up for? We are making a trip there in September to find a house. One other thing to consider is that my father-in-law is 70. Hard to find someone who will insure him. We both have Tricare from the military, but his will not work there though I am told mine will.
