Hi All

I am looking to buy a laptop online. My Budget is RM 3000. Since it will be used for both personal and business usage, I want good model laptop. Not much into brands etc.

1) Can you pls suggest any laptop models for this price range?
2) Can you also pls suggest any sites that are trust-worthy and are prompt on timely delivery.

Thanks in advance

animir

Hi Sandeep,
a lot of choices in that range... you can see here at lazada http://www.lazada.com.my/shop-laptops/?price=18-3000
my only recommendation, dont take any dual usage Tablet/laptop...often crap

Thanks animir. I will check this. I reason i wanted to check online sites is for any promotions/sale going on.

And more importantly, I was looking for sites that compare prices for electronic products. I used to use http://www.mysmartprice.com/ when I was in India. I am also going to check out Low Yat plaza to have a comparison personally.

Pricepanda

But prices of electronic goods like computers rarely are that variable as margins so low.

Usually just as cheap in a shop

Also with laptops brands are important due to quality. Buying a poor quality laptop is a serious mistake.

I shortlisted this model: http://www.msi.com/product/nb/CX61-2QF. … o-overview

Checked in pricepanda. No MSI laptops at all.

I can only find this one to be at cheaper price: http://www.rakuten.com.my/shop/eitonlin … QF-1496MY/ comes to around RM 2777 including shipping RM18.

btw What is GDEX - flat rate? Shipping agency?

Not sure, if I can find a better price offline or other online sites. Didnot actually find this model when I searched offline over last weekend :(

I think "GDEX" is the shipping in Malaysia... like "FEDEX".
