Hi,

Are you looking to visit or live in the USA? It will be very hard to obtain a visa to live here unless you have family already here or a job lined up (even with that, it can sometimes be a pain).

If you're wanting to visit, you can apply for a B2 visa. The main concern of the US when you apply for this is that you will return to your home country at the end of your stay. When you apply, the more reasons you include that would compel you to return to India, the better. Having assets in India helps a lot, but showing that you work or go to school also will sometimes help your case.
