Can anyone recommend a really good German course in Hamburg? (even better would be a course on the southeast side of Hamburg.)  I want to improve my German so that I can effectively communicate at a business level. I have heard the Goethe Institute has a reputable program but is expensive. If anyone has taken courses there, please share your experience. And if not, please share alternatives.

Hello c.vitfarne

While waiting for interaction, I suggest you to drop an advert in our Language classes in Hamburg section of the site

Goethe Institute is non-profit - thus you'll likely pay more for a similar quality course at private language schools.
You could check Volkshochschule, which is probably cheaper but the quality is hit-and-miss. You get what you pay for!
