Rental rates in Brickfields

Hi,

Can you please provide me a rough figure on the rental rates for unfurnished / semi-furnished houses in and around Brickfields?

There are no houses in Brickfields, just condos and apartments. The prices range from just under RM2k per month upwards although tiny studios (350-450 sq ft) are less.

If you go to www.iproperty.com.my and the rental section and search on Brickfields and your maximum rental you can see what is available currently.

Thanks Gravitas. What other places around Brickfields are affordable and well connected by train? My office is at KL Sentral.

That is difficult but Seputeh may be the option

I have seen this area mentioned by incoming Indians as where they chose to live. The issue is that flat sharing keeps prices of rentals high in the fringes to the city areas.
