Hi,

Im planning to bring some vitamins and OTC medicines to Norway. Will there be a problem at the airport in Doha, Qatar and Norway? Is there a limit when it comes to meds? I have read in some sites that they get penalized ($200) just because of this.

Can you please share your experience?

I appreciate it...thanks in advance!

in my experience though a bit different coz my connecting flight was amsterdam then norway i didnt encounter any problems. I brought with me 12 pcs each of otc allergy meds, some paracets, and diatabs.

I guess with the basic otc like vitamins, paracets, anti diarrhea, antiemetics(for nausea and vomiting ex. bonamine) and in case contraceptive pills  you wouldn't have any problem, maybe the best you can do to be sure is if you can secure a prescription for the medications that you
will bring if it is in large quantities to be on the safe side.

Thank you Stephy i might just get a prescription from a doctor then.

I appreciate you for sharing your thoughts...thanks!
