I've been using the implant for the last 3 years and need to replace it in a couple weeks. Any information about where and how I go about doing this? I am still waiting for UDI to process my family immigration permit and therefore do not have the national healthcare, or a D-nummer or an assigned doctor.

Hi

you need to have an assigned doctor ...if you don't, you can have it done in Volvet but it will be expensive as it is private.

I am not sure you need to go to the private sector for this. You should give a call to Oslo Legevakt and ask them for advices. Volvat is really expensive and public doctor would charge you less.
