It means , your transfer has been done , still somethings are to be issued like Iqama , you have to do your medical test if required , and also MOL has to issue a Work Permit !
Around 3-5 days , and you will get your new Iqama , it may take longer if your companies PRO is lazy 
60% of your transfer is already done
