Dear all,
I'm a French librarian working in French schools. I'm thinking of applying for a position in Pundicherry. For those who live there, could you please tell me about your experience in this city, and whether you think it's a good choice for a single French woman to come and live there a couple of years ?

Hello Emily.
Good evening. I was working in pondicherry for 1 year before and i now work in Chennai which is close to Pondicherry.
Pondicherry is a very nice place to live as a Single women, its more or less a little france where you can find more french people. Even i know a french lady in Pondicherry.
South of India is more safe compared to north.
Hope it wont be a problem for you as you can feel home, as its a french.
For which school or university you will be applying in Pondicherry?
