photography lessons in HCM?

hi there
just by curiosity, i wonder if there are photography lessons or related activities, in HCM ?
just for hobby. I noticed that vietnamese are quite naturally good at it. They seem to have some art sense.

For sure, i think there's a specific website where you can learn such skills from professionals.
I'm interested in photography myself, just a side hobby you know but still full of pleasure!
