I'm returning to Bucharest around the middle of May and I need to rent a two bedroom service apartment in a safe area. Any suggestions?

Define safe? Is it Fort Knox level safety that you need? Perhaps, an entourage of a dozen body guards may also help? I am no expert in this field, but The Svalsgaard Doomsday Seed Vault has got great reviews on how safe they are.
