Transport in Bahrain

Hi ,

I'm from morocco and I will start a work in bahrain the work based in Seef,I'm trying to find a studio near to Seef but all I found are expensive so I found some other places which far from Seef about 6Km and somtime 12Km ,I want to know if there's any public transport I can took to go to work or I should find a Car.thanks

Bus service has got better lately. Alternatively you can rent cars (basic) from about 160BD/month

I searched in google maps the bus routes far from Seef .

In my opinion. The weather and the public transportation are not encouraging here.
You -  as a software engineer -  can't wait under the sun in the summer and walk to reach your company.

Better to find a car. There are second hand or you take a loan for that.
This is the best way.

Renting is expensive and if you're like me and don't really drive around too much it may also be a good idea to ask someone at your work (maybe another new hire) if you two can share a rental car.

Cutting the price in half is quite nice.
