You have to ask your business partner here in KSA to send you invitation latter through procedure to Saudi embassy in your country & you can get a business visa.
If you are Muslim you may come on Umrah visa & can meet with your business partner, their is no other way. Or you can ask your business partner to go Dubai where you can get entry.
