Cancellation of my dependent iqama

Plz help me out for this problem,
My family went to India with exit entry visa on 30/3/15 and it is decided that they will not return, their visa expires on 18/6/15.
Now my company wants to renew my iqama (iqama will expires on 8/7/15).
For renewal of my iqama, company wants either do medical insurance of ur dependent or cancellation of dependent's iqama.
Somebody told me, iqama can not be cancelled unless exit entry visa expires and u will be able to cancel after one month from date of expiry of dependent's iqama
So upto that time my iqama will expire
So plz give me suggestion what to do

You don't need to cancel the dependents visa as per my knowledge.

For my renewal of iqama, they want my dependents medical insurance.

Just visit to jawasat office to cancell your dependent iqama. I just did today and no hasstle.
