What do I need to start work as kitchen member ?

Hello 
. I live in Wien since seven days, I work here for minimal wage , but in future when my germany language will be better I m going to find better job . I have few question . I worked for 18 months in burger king as kitchen member , then in kfc for 3 month . What do I need more except work experience and language knowledge ? I mean do I need any documents that allows work with food ? And what is salary in food business ? I d be thankful for your help:)
